Jonathan Colignon, Founder, CEO and Head of Operations at USAWA, has spent over 25 years at the heart of international cargo operations. From load control and flying loadmaster assignments to training, ramp coordination and special loads, he brings practical expertise built across continents and multiple Boeing and Airbus freighter platforms.
He founded USAWA in 2021 with a clear purpose: to give cargo operators access to experienced people who understand the pressure of the job and can step in wherever they are needed. Today, he leads USAWA’s operations while driving its international growth and the development of practical digital tools for the industry.
